The first quarter of the year saw the first increase in occupier demand since 2009, increased rental growth in the West End and high levels of investment volumes.  We remain optimistic over the remainder of the year, with occupier demand showing signs of expansionary growth coupled with an increase in development activity as the market continues to strengthen.
